Monitoring - This issue has been addressed and Facebook Private Messages should now be caught up. We're continuing to monitor for any residual issues on our side.

Identified - Lithium Response customers may notice Facebook Private messages being ingested with delay. We identified an issue with Facebook delays yesterday, and discovered it was more widespread today. We are currently processing any content that might have been missed. We'll update once the processing has been completed.

Resolved - The issue is now resolved and private messages should be in the system.

Monitoring - Lithium engineering has identified the root cause of the issue and has a fix in place. We are still seeing some residual delays as we process Facebook PMs that were impacted, but this should subside shortly. We are continuing to monitor on our end.

Investigating - Our engineering team is investigating delays for Facebook Private Messages. At this time the issue is limited to customers in our AMER & APAC SMM Datacenter.

Resolved - The case portal team was able to resolve the issue. and creating a case has now been restored.

We have alerted our developer team to this and hope to restore access as soon as possible.

Monitoring - We have been able to identify that there is an issue with Facebook PM's where you are unable to respond.

The error you will see on Response is: Received Facebook error response of type OAuthException: (#1200) Temporary send message failure

Investigating - Facebook API is currently experiencing a disruption in service. Lithium Social Web customers may see delays with incoming Facebook content or may experience error messages while attempting to respond to Facebook messages.
