Update - We're receiving reports that Facebook Private Messages are no longer being ingested. This appears to be caused by the ongoing Facebook API issues, we are continuing to track progress on the Facebook bug here:

Monitoring - We are monitoring a Facebook issue where first time private messages are not appearing in Lithium Response. Existing conversations with private messages will still work.

Identified - Lithium engineering has investigated, and this appears to be an issue on Twitter's end. We have reported this behavior to Twitter and we are awaiting their feedback.
