Investigating - We are currently aware of the error message "An Unexpected Error has occurred" being displayed on LSI for customers hosted in our North American datacenter.
Our engineers are currently working on resolving the issue.

The Twitter Firehose provider, Gnip, is performing their scheduled upgrade at this time. This is disrupting data from the Twitter Firehose.

Until that is complete, there will be no incoming Twitter Firehose data.

We will update this status when things are working again.

Investigating - We're currently experiencing a delay in processing data on May 31st in LSI. Additionally, we are currently investigating an issue where data is unavailable in LSI for Value Analytics. We'll provide an update here as soon as we have more information.
