Scheduled - Dear Customers,

We wanted to notify you of some upcoming scheduled maintenance to our WhatsApp Business API infrastructure, required by one of our third party providers. During the maintenance period you may notice a temporary delay in WhatsApp message delivery lasting less than 10 minutes. However, all messages will be delivered and there will be no message loss.

To minimize impact, the following maintenance times are scheduled:
• North America: Between 8-9pm EST on February 5th

Monitoring - Twitter is aware of the issue and has posted it to their status page here: https://api.twitterstat.us/. Private and Protected Tweets will be ingested without issue. We are continuing to monitor our external partners status and will update as we get more information.
