We wanted to notify you of some upcoming scheduled maintenance to our WhatsApp Business API infrastructure, required by one of our third party providers. During the maintenance period you may notice a temporary delay in WhatsApp message delivery lasting less than 10 minutes. However, all messages will be delivered and there will be no message loss.

To minimize impact, the following maintenance times are scheduled:
• EMEA: Between 10pm - 11pm UTC on February 5th
