On March 17th we will be conducting maintenance around our case portal and cases in general. During this time, you will be unable to submit any support cases and we ask for your patience while this maintenance is performed. Outages or S1 incidents will still be up and running by contacting outage@lithium.com.

The window for this maintenance will last 3 hours, running from 12:00am - 3:00am PDT (07:00am - 10:00am UTC).
